Egg-cellent Adventures!

The Easter Bunny left an egg-citing nature trail around Nightingale Valley over the Easter holidays. Posters of different types of eggs laid by a variety of animals that call the valley their home were hidden around the footpath, and we hope that interesting facts were learnt by all.

Who knew that stickleback fish make nests in the brook with the male fish defending them until the babies hatch? With great thanks once again to the team at Family Shopper corner shop who gave out puzzle sheets and prizes, you truly are community treasures!
